Hawaii’s Pearlridge Center Has Two New Retailers Moving-In, and now we will have even more fun shopping. There are many nice stores and shops to spend your afternoon walking through the Pearlridge Center. Macy’s and Ross Stores are two of the biggest anchored tenants.

Two new retailers, Zumiez and Kansai Yamato, have opened in the Downtown section of Pearlridge Center in Aiea.

Zumiez, which opened in a 3,825 square-foot space on the second level between HIC and Cookie Corner, is a lifestyle retailer that sells skate and snow apparel as well as footwear, gear and accessories, the mall said.

Kansai Yamato opened in a kiosk on the second level of Downtown near Book Off and sells handmade Japanese confections.

The 1.2 million square-foot Pearlridge Center is the second-largest regional shopping mall in Hawaii and is anchored by Macy’s (NYSE: M), Sears (Nasdaq: SHLD) and Ross Stores Inc. (Nasdaq: ROST). It is owned and operated by Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE: GRT).
