Food Trucks in Oahu celebrated "Eat the Street"

There is no doubt how much people love food from their favorite food trucks. The trend is sweeping the country and the mainland too! Last month food trucks in Oahu celebrated “Eat the Street”. It was the one year anniversary for the “Eat the Street” event and the celebrations were fantastic. I predict this event will continue to grow and provide awesome fun and food for everyone.

Food Trucks in Ohau Celebrated “Eat the Street”

This month Eat the Street is celebrating their one year anniversary, and there a number of new trucks signed up for the event which will take place on January 27 at 805 Ala Moana Boulevard. Oahuvisitors and residents love their food trucks, and there is no better event to find all of your favorite trucks in one place; the problem is choosing which one you want to eat at.

There are more than 30 food trucks signed up for the “It’s a Luau” themed night. On their first anniversary Street Grinds is doing things right, and will have something for every taste, with a focus on local or Hawaiian inspired dish. From their website Street grindz said “From Braddahs Wagons “Trio Poke Bowl , and Pipikaula Carpaccio”, to Cooking Fresh 4 you and their “Kalua Pork Enchilada”, there is guaranteed to be something to take your taste buds on journey across the islands.”

Also included in the night of fun will be a special attraction for all the kids called “Bounce the Block.” This is an entire block filled with bounce houses, bouncy castles, and similar bouncy objects.

There is plenty of street parking available around the area where the event is being held, and there is also a parking lot which costs $2.00 to park.
