Big Island Zip Lines Reviews

360px-Akaka_Falls_Hawaii-big-island-wikipediafreeOne of the most exciting things you can do on The Big Island is to do a Zip Line tour through and over the rain forest.  I wanted to give you some Big Island Zip Lines reviews, and a video of one of the best zip lines in all our state!

Zip lines are getting really popular these days – and with good reason!

It’s totally thrilling to hook yourself onto the zip line, and soar down across a big valley, gliding from high above the scenery, then down through it the trees and leaves, landing softly at the base of the line.

The waterfall picture at the right is Akaka Falls on The Big Island.

Here’s a wonderful video – really gives you an idea of the thrills of a zip line adventure.

Looks thrilling doesn’t it?

Well, it feels much more exciting than it looks… and it’s completely safe too.

Big Island Zip Lines Review

Here are some reviews I found – almost all were positive, with over 80 very happy customers, and only 3 people who wrote negative reviews of their Big Island zip line adventure.

These guys are the best. 8 lines. Amazing orchard. Excellent fellas making us comfortable. My wife was terrified and these gentlemen made her feel very safe and she soon got over her fear. I highly recommend this experience to everyone. We will do it again with them.

My boyfriend and i had been looking at going to Hawaii. I found this place by chance and released we had to come to the Big Island to do it. I have to say this is why we came to the Big Island and i do not regret it. My boyfriend and I had the best time. Our guides were entertaining and looked after us. The Zips were fun, safe and thrilling. This is a MUST DO in Hawaii :D Winter and Adam were the best instructors/guide i have ever seen!!!! GOOD WORK GUYS!!!! So coming back to do it again :D

My wife set me up with this Zipline Adventure for my 50th birthday and it was an amazing time. I arrived alone and was greeted with smiles and welcome at the front desk. I met up with others and we all met our guides- Matt and Keahi. Both of them are great. They fit you with your rig and at each station they go first! lol Also juggling your cameras to take pictures so that you alone or as a couple can have pictures to remember (and also post)! They were able make everyone feel comfortable. Each station got better as you worked your way up to 8. They get more intense with each station. The suspended bridge was no joke either! So much to see, touch and feel. I felt comfortable the entire time. Matt and Keahi also are very knowledgeable about the land. In between stations they will share some of the Island’s history. There is a snack about half way. But, ALWAYS BRING A BOTTLE OF WATER. I have ziplined in Cancun and Cabo, but Big Island Eco Adventure II was by far the BEST!

If you travel to The Big Island, please give yourself half a day for a great zip line adventure.
